Since 2006 MCL has been helping its clients to work smartly, allowing key people to focus on their areas of expertise. This doesn't always involve software, to the extent that some software can get in the way of people working smartly.

Where software is involved, especially if it's new to a business, an important aspect of what we do is to manage change to improve the odds of successful adoption. Employees shouldn’t have to take on a second day job to use it - as far as possible, software should be "invisible" to users in the same way that like any technology shouldn't present insurmountable challenges that just get in the way.

MCL is independent of any software company and so can be objective in its opinions and focused in its delivery of projects.
